We're on the hunt for a Creative Social Media Manager with a sharp sense of humor and a passion for crafting scroll-stopping content. Your mission? To inject life, laughs, and virality into our Facebook , Instagram , and YouTube channels — while growing a loyal and engaged following. Key Responsibilities Develop, curate, and post original, engaging, and humorous content — including memes, GIFs, reels, short videos, and creative graphics . Strategically grow social media followership and boost engagement across platforms. Tap into current trends, pop culture moments, and viral formats to stay relevant and timely. Foster community interaction through witty captions, comment replies, and interactive posts (polls, stories, etc.). Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies for better reach and impact. Requirements Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools). A brilliant sense of humor with a deep understanding of meme culture, internet trends, and Gen Z/millennial audiences. Experience with short-form video content creation and editing. Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction. Nice to Have Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) Experience running ads or promotions for growth Understanding of social media algorithms and platform-specific best practices Show more Show less
