Creative Project Manager – Video Animation

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic professional to lead a unique digital campaign focused on art, culture promotion, and inspiration for young talent. The role involves developing compelling story content, coordinating animated videos, and executing a digital strategy to reach a target of 2 lakh+ participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop meaningful and engaging story concepts related to art, culture, and youth inspiration.
• Lead or coordinate the creation of animated videos for online platforms (1–2 min formats).
• Design and implement a digital outreach strategy (social media, influencers, email marketing, etc.)
• Plan and drive user engagement to achieve a goal of 2 lakh verified participants.
• Work with design, content, and marketing teams for timely delivery.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance regularly.
• Requirements:
• Experience in storyboarding, video scripting, and animation tools (Canva, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong understanding of campaign planning and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of Indian art, youth culture, or talent promotion is a big plus.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and meet participation goals.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
