We are looking for a highly creative and strategic professional to lead a unique digital campaign focused on art, culture promotion , and inspiration for young talent . The role involves developing compelling story content, coordinating animated videos , and executing a digital strategy to reach a target of 2 lakh+ participants . Key Responsibilities: Develop meaningful and engaging story concepts related to art, culture, and youth inspiration. Lead or coordinate the creation of animated videos for online platforms (1–2 min formats). Design and implement a digital outreach strategy (social media, influencers, email marketing, etc.) Plan and drive user engagement to achieve a goal of 2 lakh verified participants . Work with design, content, and marketing teams for timely delivery. Monitor and report on campaign performance regularly. Requirements: Experience in storyboarding, video scripting, and animation tools (Canva, After Effects, etc.) Strong understanding of campaign planning and audience engagement . Knowledge of Indian art, youth culture, or talent promotion is a big plus. Proven ability to manage deadlines and meet participation goals. Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
