Creative Production Manager

Role Overview: As the Creative Production Manager at SikhRI, you will lead the development of high-quality visual and multimedia content across various initiatives. From ideation to delivery, you will manage a team of video editors and graphic designers to bring campaigns, courses, publications, live digital events, and presentations to life. Your role will involve combining creative direction, production oversight, motion/video expertise, and project execution to balance aesthetic excellence with brand integrity, timeline discipline, and cross-functional collaboration. You will report directly to the MarCom Director and collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Research teams. Key Responsibilities: - Translate content briefs into compelling creative deliverables such as reports, key visuals, social graphics, motion graphics, and campaign videos. - Collaborate with researchers, writers, editors, and subject matter experts to ensure creative accuracy and integrity of educational content. - Create and refine scripts, storyboards, style frames, and visual treatments for multimedia assets. - Develop clear creative briefs for each asset or campaign, including messaging, visuals, tone, and intended audience. - Lead the creative direction and feedback process for all assets, ensuring aesthetic quality and coherence. - Manage a team of freelance and/or in-house graphic designers, illustrators, video editors, motion designers, and production contractors. - Assign work, track progress, and provide constructive feedback at all stages of production. - Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align assets with campaign goals and audience insights. - Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Website Team to finalize delivery formats and optimize platforms. - Oversee production workflows and asset pipelines, maintain production calendars, and track project budgets. - Step in when needed to produce, edit, or finalize high-quality video, audio, motion graphics, and static design assets. - Support creative production for video, podcast, event, and social channels. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in multimedia production with a strong portfolio in graphic design, motion design, and video editing. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. - Experience producing long-form and short-form videos, motion graphics, digital assets, live event graphics, and print collateral. - Strong background in design thinking, visual storytelling, typography, color theory, editing, and motion design. - Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. - Previous experience in nonprofit, educational, or mission-driven organizations preferred. - Portfolio and demo reel required for consideration.
