ROLE- Creative Producer

Location: Bangalore

Mission: Own the end-to-end production of ads, reels, and brand films.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the strategy team on concept development and scripting.
• Lead creative ideation and treatment creation.
• Manage project budgets and timelines.
• Develop and distribute call sheets.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners.
• Supervise on-set production and post-production handoff.

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of professional experience in production.
• Proven ability in budgeting and creating call sheets.
• Familiarity with camera and lighting equipment.
• Basic understanding of post-production workflows.
• Established network of vendors and freelancers.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Direct client-facing experience.
• Previous experience working in an agency environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana or Notion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
