Creative Packaging Designer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Concept & Creative Development: Brainstorm and develop innovative packaging ideas, from sketch to final artwork, aligned with brand goals and target audience. Graphic Design Execution: Create final artwork for labels, dielines, and structural packaging using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Prototyping & Mock-ups: Build and refine physical or digital mock-ups to test design, structure, and user experience. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, production, and vendors to meet brand needs, technical specs, and manufacturing guidelines. Material & Production Oversight: Select materials and printing processes, manage pre-press proofs, and ensure designs are print-ready and cost-efficient. Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure designs meet regulatory, legal, and brand standards; review final output and packaging specifications. Trend Research: Research market trends, sustainable materials, packaging innovations (e.g., eco-packaging, AR enhancements) to continually elevate packaging impact.
