About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Media Specialist who can bring ideas to life through graphic design, video editing, and AI-powered content creation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across visuals, reels, short videos, and experimenting with AI tools to create high-impact digital content.

You will work closely with the Social Media Manager to support branding, campaigns, and day-to-day content needs across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design creatives for social media posts, stories, banners, posters, promotions, and special campaigns
• Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across all assets

Video Editing & Reels

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for reels, testimonials, promotions, and events
• Add captions, transitions, animations, music, and basic motion graphics
• Repurpose long videos into platform-optimized clips

AI Content Creation

• Use AI tools to generate visuals, videos, concepts, and avatars
• Experiment with new AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and output quality

Content Shooting

• Capture photos and videos using mobile or in-house cameras
• Shoot ambience, food visuals, team activities, and events

Collaboration & Quality

• Work closely with the Social Media Manager on briefs and timelines
• Incorporate feedback and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and campaign goals

Required Skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut (or similar tools)
• AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Pika, ChatGPT
• Basic photography and videography skills

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing
• Portfolio showcasing design work, video edits, and AI-assisted content
• Degree or diploma in Design, Media, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: ₹10,904.25 - ₹38,873.20 per month
