You will be the Creative Lead responsible for developing creative strategies, executing branding initiatives, and managing a creative team. Your role will include creating compelling content, designing marketing materials, and crafting brand communication for D2C clients. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in working with brands, managing teams, and developing creative plans for clients. Your key responsibilities will be to develop creative strategies and content plans for D2C brands across digital and social platforms. You will conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns, including ad creatives, social media content, and branding materials. Creating high-quality visuals, graphics, and content that align with each brand's unique identity is crucial. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and develop a plan of action for their creative needs. Managing and mentoring a team of designers, content creators, and strategists will also be part of your duties. Ensuring consistency in brand communication and creative execution across all online platforms is essential. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and social media teams to optimize creative content for engagement and conversions will be expected. Staying updated with design trends, content marketing best practices, and platform algorithms is necessary for this role. To be successful in this role, you should have 5-8 years of experience in branding, creative direction, or digital content creation. Experience in working with brands, handling client communication, and managing teams is required. A strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, and content strategy work is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) is a must. You should possess the ability to create content, design creatives, and plan brand communication strategies effectively. Excellent project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines are necessary. Strong storytelling, visual communication, and marketing knowledge will also be beneficial.,
