About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Graphic Designer who doesn’t just design but thinks, creates, and leads visually. If you love turning ideas into powerful visuals and want your work to be seen, noticed, and remembered, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do (Your Daily Impact)

• Create eye-catching designs for social media, ads, websites, campaigns, and brand creatives
• Turn ideas, briefs, and strategies into stunning visuals
• Own the look and feel of brands you work on
• Work closely with marketing & content teams to create high-performing creatives
• Lead creative execution from concept to final design
• Guide and mentor junior designers with feedback and direction
• Ensure every design is on-brand, high quality, and impactful
• Improve creatives based on performance insights and trends
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and creative styles

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or digital marketing preferred)
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Figma
• A portfolio that shows creativity, branding, and digital work
• Great understanding of colors, fonts, layouts, and visual storytelling
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Confidence to take ownership and lead creative ideas
• Passion for design and hunger to grow

Qualifications

• Proficient in Graphics and Graphic Design applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Experience in digital marketing or working on multidisciplinary teams is a plus
