About the Role

Creative Editors with Motion Graphics expertise


Key Responsibilities

  • Video Editing & Motion Graphics:

    Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos; create motion graphics, animation, and visual effects to elevate storytelling.
  • Content Production:

    Collaborate with the creative, brand, and marketing teams to develop compelling content for digital campaigns, social media, email, and events.
  • Storytelling:

    Craft engaging narratives by seamlessly integrating visuals, audio, music, and typography that align with campaign goals.
  • Brand Consistency:

    Ensure all video and motion graphic assets adhere to brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Innovation & Trends:

    Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design, editing techniques, and digital storytelling to bring fresh, innovative ideas to campaigns.
  • Asset Management:

    Maintain an organized library of video assets, templates, and project files for easy reuse and collaboration.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Media, Film, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Experience:

    3+ years of professional experience in video editing, animation, and motion graphics production.
  • Technical Expertise:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition, and DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and color grading.
  • Creative Skills:

    Exceptional eye for detail, pacing, composition, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Soft Skills:

    Strong communication, ability to work collaboratively across teams, and capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a marketing or advertising team, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital campaign metrics and understanding how video performance impacts marketing goals.
