Creative Director

As a Creative Director at Inventiko, a creative studio in Indore specializing in 3D product visualization, animations, and brand content, you will play a pivotal role in leading the creative direction of our 3D animation projects and enhancing our brand's digital presence, particularly on social platforms. Collaborating with a talented team of 3D artists, animators, and designers, you will bring innovative ideas to life and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include shaping visual narratives, guiding storyboarding, and conceptualizing animation and video content. You will be tasked with leading creative direction and storyboarding for 3D animations, product videos, and explainer content. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual identity and brand storytelling on social media platforms and internal content. To excel in this role, you must possess proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership position within a creative/production agency. A strong portfolio showcasing creative direction in video, animation, and digital content is essential. An in-depth understanding of visual storytelling, motion design, and brand strategy is crucial, along with familiarity with 3D pipelines and animation processes. Your communication, leadership, and collaboration skills will be instrumental in collaborating with internal teams, translating client briefs into compelling visual narratives, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will also need to stay updated with design trends, animation techniques, and social media formats. Presenting concepts and creative direction to clients and internal stakeholders confidently, inspiring and mentoring the creative team, and upholding a high standard of innovation and quality are key aspects of this role.
