The Creative Director will be a part of Adobe s Enterprise Marketing India Labs and lead the brand, creative direction, and governance process for customer content and assets. Adobe is looking for someone who can champion the brand, master the governance process, and bring new efficiencies with the adoption of GenAI in creative workflows and processes. The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with Adobe Studio and internal competencies and agency teams.

What you ll do
- Lead the creative process for a category, setting the concept, theme, or artistic direction for campaigns, products, or brand initiatives. Ensure all creative elements align with brand goals and the audience.
- Maintain product expertise and create new original assets while guiding agency partners to do the same.
- Drive Creative Architecture, Brand Architecture, or Visual Expression to ensure art assets are on brand.
- Play a crucial role in driving creative vision, managing projects to execution, and delivering high-quality work in collaboration with internal collaborators and external agencies.
- Interpret creative briefs and set the strategic direction for internal teams and external agencies.
- Develop high-level ideas that form the foundation for creative projects and resonate with the brand and target audience.
- Safeguard brand identity by ensuring all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and have a cohesive look and feel.
- Collaborate actively with business units, campaign, and cross-functional marketing teams to support project goals. Align on strategy and creative direction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and design innovations to keep the brand s creative work relevant and engaging.
- Act as a mentor and motivator. Create an encouraging team environment with an open and positive attitude.
- Represent Adobe at conferences, blogs, hackathons, and design competitions to promote our mission and goals.
What is needed to succeed
- 15+ years experience in related roles.
- Expertise with Figma and a clear understanding of automation, libraries, and current design knowledge.
- Proficient in guiding creative projects and initiatives from concept to completion across fields (web, print, interactive, etc.).
- Problem-solving skills to propose effective solutions.
- Ability to explain design decision rationales to a broad audience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment, anticipate issues, and think big-picture.
- A positive attitude dedicated to achieving goals.
