Job Description

Location: Dombivli, Maharashtra

CTC: 70k-90k per month

We're looking for a visionary and detail-oriented Creative Director to lead the emotional, visual, and storytelling identity of the brand across all content platforms.

In this role, you will take charge of building high-performing, platform-native creatives and lead a team that delivers engaging and impactful content across digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the overall visual and emotional tone of the brand.
  • Translate marketing and business objectives into high-converting creative strategies for social media, ads, and long-form content.
  • Build creative frameworks for reels, YouTube thumbnails, ad scripts, webinar hooks, and more.
  • Guide visual storytelling across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, paid ads, courses, websites, funnels, and emails.
  • Lead a team of editors, designers, and writers to deliver cohesive, high-quality content.
  • Review and refine all creative output, ensuring it meets standards of clarity, emotion, and performance.
  • Set up systems for A/B testing, style experimentation, and continuous creative improvement.
  • Collaborate with strategy, content, marketing, and product teams to align execution with business goals.
  • Turn creative concepts into visually strong outputs with measurable impact.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in creative leadership or direction roles.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio with experience in YouTube-first and Instagram-native content.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of storytelling, hooks, visual design, and creative strategy.
  • Leadership: Ability to guide, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with personal brands, influencers, coaches, or EdTech.
  • Understanding of sales funnels, viewer psychology, and content performance metrics.
  • Ability to write strong hooks, content briefs, and ad angles.
  • Awareness of content trends and marketing benchmarks.
