Creative Designer

with strong expertise in both

video production

and

static design

. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand presence and supporting marketing initiatives through visually engaging content. You will work closely with marketing and internal teams to translate ideas, campaigns, and technical concepts into compelling visual assets that resonate with diverse audiences.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-impact static creatives for digital platforms including social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
  • Create, edit, and deliver engaging video content such as testimonials, walkthroughs, product explainers, and promotional videos
  • Apply motion graphics, visual storytelling, and strong design principles to produce impactful digital assets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creatives for paid and organic social media, websites, exhibitions, and events
  • Design statics, videos, thumbnails, banners, brochures, and marketing collateral that simplify complex or technical concepts
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand creative requirements and convert them into high-quality visual outputs
  • Maintain consistency of visual identity across all marketing channels and communication materials
  • Organize and manage creative assets, templates, and project files to ensure efficient reuse and consistency
  • Handle the complete creative lifecycle, from brief understanding and concept development to production and final delivery
  • Provide regular updates on creative progress, deliverables, and opportunities for improvement

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, with hands-on exposure to digital marketing assets
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both static design and video production
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and video tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and motion graphics
  • Experience designing creatives for digital platforms including social media, ads, and landing pages
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining high creative and execution standards
  • Creative mindset with a structured approach to execution and problem-solving
  • Capability to break down technical or complex information into visually clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand designs
  • Bonus advantage if you have prior exposure to B2B, manufacturing, or agri-tech environments
