Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Graphic Designer, located in Pune. The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing graphics, developing branding materials, creating web designs, and designing logos. The designer will work closely with the team to bring creative ideas to life through visual content, ensuring consistency in branding across all platforms.

About the Role

You will craft the visual identity of Orison through engaging graphics, social media creatives, and short videos.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for web, brochures, presentations, and events.
• Create short videos and reels showcasing workshops & student journeys.
• Support brand storytelling with visual content.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across platforms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or Canva.
• Experience in both static and motion design.
• Strong creative sense + ability to work in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Graphics and Graphic Design skills
• Experience in Branding and Logo Design
• Web Design skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
