🎯 Key Responsibilities:

👉 Graphic Design & Branding:

Create visually appealing marketing materials including brochures, ads, flyers, logos, social media creatives, presentations, and property listing designs.

👉 Video Production & Editing:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for campaigns, social media, client stories, and brand content.

👉 Content Creation for Digital Platforms:

Design and edit graphics and videos for social media, websites, and digital ads to drive engagement.

👉 Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, design, and creative teams to ensure brand-aligned outputs across all media.

👉 Brand Consistency:

Maintain visual identity across all design and video materials.

👉 Photography & Image Editing:

Capture and edit photos to support marketing and branding needs.

🧑‍🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film, Media, or a related field.

✅ 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar creative role.

✅ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro and Canva/Figma.

✅ Strong understanding of color, layout, typography, video composition, and storytelling.

✅ Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and basic cinematography.

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

✅ Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong visual sense.

✅ Knowledge of AI-assisted design or video tools is an added advantage.
