Are you a multi-talented creative professional with a passion for both design and video Join our team to create compelling visuals from eye-catching graphics to impactful video content for diverse client and in-house projects! **Key Responsibilities:** - Create visually appealing marketing materials including brochures, ads, flyers, logos, social media creatives, presentations, and property listing designs. - Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for campaigns, social media, client stories, and brand content. - Design and edit graphics and videos for social media, websites, and digital ads to drive engagement. - Work closely with the marketing, design, and creative teams to ensure brand-aligned outputs across all media. - Maintain visual identity across all design and video materials. - Capture and edit photos to support marketing and branding needs. **Qualifications & Requirements:** - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film, Media, or a related field. - 12 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar creative role. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro and Canva/Figma. - Strong understanding of color, layout, typography, video composition, and storytelling. - Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and basic cinematography. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong visual sense. - Knowledge of AI-assisted design or video tools is an added advantage.
