Creative Designer

About Us:

We are global print-on-demand service provider dedicated to bring stories to life—from a single custom book printing to bulk orders of guestbooks, children's books, fan-fictions or any digital file. We make professional printing simple and accessible, allowing customers to print their own digital files or use our templates.

As our Creative Designer, you will:

• Coordinate design goals with our international clients.
• Manage the design process from initial concept to final print-ready file, ensuring every customer's requirements are fulfilled with precision and quality.
• Design and/or pre-flight (align and prepare for print) customer-submitted book covers and layout files to meet print production specifications for various formats (Hardcover, Paperback, Wiro-Bound).
• Develop high-impact visuals for our website, social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook), email marketing, and digital advertisements, focusing on our core products (e.g., custom guestbooks, children's books).
• Ensure all visual creatives maintain a consistent, joyful, and professional brand identity across all channels.
• Organize and maintain a library of design assets and templates for efficient use.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with a focus on e-commerce or product-based services.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Skills: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and digital media best practices.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative, engaging design work.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or simple video editing is a plus.

Interview Process:

• Step 1: Phone Screening – A brief call to understand your background, interest in the role, and basic technical knowledge.
• Step 2: In-person Interview – A face-to-face discussion to assess your skills, problem-solving approach, and cultural fit with our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
