Creative Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in graphic design , video editing , and familiar with AI-based creative tools . You will create high-quality visuals for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand assets. Key Responsibilities: Design high-quality static graphics for digital and print (e.g., social media, banners, presentations) Edit and produce videos for marketing, social media, and internal communications Work with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway) to support and enhance creative output Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop engaging visual assets Ensure consistent brand identity and visual style across all materials Manage multiple projects and deliver creatives within tight deadlines Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field 1–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or similar) Familiarity with AI-powered design tools or a strong willingness to learn Good sense of layout, typography, and color Strong attention to detail and creativity Excellent time management and communication skills Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory): Basic experience with motion graphics or animation (e.g., After Effects) Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar collaborative design platforms Understanding of social media content trends and formats Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Experience: Graphic designing: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
