Creative Copywriter

As a Content Creator at Honasa Consumer Limited (HCL), you will have the opportunity to own end-to-end content strategies to drive revenue, clicks, awareness, traffic, engagement, and conversion. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating and managing the content calendar on a monthly and quarterly basis, collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Developing monthly posts & stories (both hygiene & campaign-related), trend jacking, etc., while adhering to brand guidelines. - Taking on ad hoc responsibilities to boost revenue efficiency. - Ensuring maintenance of brand hygiene across platforms. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A 3-year college degree - 4+ years of copywriting experience for social media or digital advertising - Experience with an advertising agency, social media agency, or brand's internal creative team - Knowledge of digital marketing best practices - Excellent command of English and familiarity with all social media platforms - Experience with digital creative communication is a definite plus As the ideal candidate for this position, you should: - Be eager to learn about marketing and building a brand voice that aligns with our personality. - Have extensive experience in working on social media videos and performance marketing videos, with preference given to TVC experience. - Possess a strong portfolio of work showcasing a breadth of projects and your word choices. - Be able to independently develop creative content, write marketing-related projects, digital ads, and promotional material, as well as craft authentic copy for website content. - Have a natural talent for copywriting and enjoy suggesting your own copy for live ads. - Be a polished writer capable of creating and editing content without much oversight. - Be detail-oriented, ensuring all projects are completed on time. - Have a creative mindset that can understand and evolve the voice of our brand. - Be a self-starter who is persistent in achieving goals. - Collaborate effectively with the Art Team to visualize ideas and bring them to life.,
