About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Copywriter – Ad Specialist to craft compelling ad copies for digital platforms. If you have a knack for writing persuasive content in Marathi, Hindi, and English, this role is perfect for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Create impactful ad copies for social media campaigns, Google Ads, display ads, and other digital platforms in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Research & understand target audiences, industry trends, and client goals to tailor messaging effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Write engaging content for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Optimize ad copies to improve click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance and refine content based on data insights.
• Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, consumer behaviors, and marketing techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional copywriting experience (minimum 3+ years preferred for senior roles).
• Proven track record of writing high-performing ad copies in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, language proficiency, and ad campaign success.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
• Basic SEO knowledge and how it applies to ad copy.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
