Creative Content Strategist

We’re seeking a talented Creative Content Strategist to drive content ideation and production across multiple brands. This role is key to developing impactful concepts, storytelling directions, and ensuring execution across text, visuals, and video aligns with brand objectives. You’ll work hand-in-hand with account managers, designers, and video teams to bring ideas to life and build standout brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and storytelling directions based on brand objectives and audience insights.

· Create content blueprints, mood boards, or storyboards that guide designers and video editors.

· Write or oversee the writing of social media copies, scripts, taglines, and basic storyboards.

· Suggest or refine voiceover scripts and key messaging for videos and reels.
Guide the production of visuals, photoshoots, and video shoots to ensure creative quality and brand alignment.

· Work closely with graphic designers, motion designers, and video editors to deliver compelling content.

· Maintain consistency in brand tone, style, and identity across all content.

· Stay updated on social media and content trends (formats, hooks, storytelling) and proactively recommend innovative approaches.

· Coordinate closely with account managers to understand client goals, target audience, and campaign objectives.

· Ensure all creative deliverables are completed on time and meet quality expectations.

Requirements

· 3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or creative strategy preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment.

· Strong portfolio showcasing campaign concepts, social content, and multi-format storytelling including complex storyboarding.

· Excellent understanding of how to craft engaging content across text, visuals, video, and reels.

· Skilled in developing creative briefs, copywriting, and providing direction to designers & video teams.

· Familiarity with social media platforms and what type of content works best on each.

· Passionate about trends and driving fresh, original ideas.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
