Looking for a Creative & Operations Assistant (Weddings & Decor)

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to support me during wedding meetings, decor planning, and on-ground execution.

Role Includes:

• Assisting in client meetings and decor discussions

• Supporting wedding decor planning & coordination

• Creating mood boards, presentations & design references

• Shooting reels, BTS & decor content during meetings and setups

• Basic reel editing and content support

• Camera handling for decor details & walkthroughs

• Clear English communication with clients and vendors

• Being responsible, organised, and calm on event days

Preferred Background:

• Education in Interior Design / Fashion Design / Wedding Design

• Good aesthetic sense and understanding of space, colour & styling

• Comfortable with long hours during weddings and event setups

This is a hands-on support role, ideal for someone who wants real exposure in luxury weddings & decor execution and is willing to grow with the brand.
