As a Wedding Decor and Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of wedding decor and sales, from initial client consultations to the execution of stunning wedding designs. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and then translate those ideas into beautiful and memorable wedding settings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their wedding decor preferences and requirements. Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients. Manage all aspects of wedding decor, including sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing setup and teardown. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in wedding decor and design. Coordinate with other team members and vendors to ensure seamless execution of wedding events. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on the day of the event.
