Key Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision for multiple brands across industries.
• Conceptualize, direct, and execute high-impact campaigns for social, digital, print, and branding.
• Guide, mentor, and inspire the design team to push creative boundaries.
• Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and strategy teams to craft cohesive brand narratives.
• Leverage AI-driven design tools and cutting-edge workflows to speed up ideation & production.
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms while staying true to brand tones & guidelines.
• Experiment with emerging formats, trends, and storytelling techniques to keep Dtroffle ahead of the curve.
• Present creative concepts to clients with confidence and clarity.
  

Key Skills

• Experience: more than 1 year in a creative/agency setup, leading design teams and delivering high-visibility campaigns.
• Mastery over Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Canva, and knowledge of AI-powered tools.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling, consumer psychology, and cross-platform design.
• Ability to translate briefs into bold, disruptive concepts.
• Proven experience managing tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Leadership skills to manage, mentor, and inspire designers.
• A restless creative person, always excited to innovate, experiment, and evolve.
