As a Manager at Amity Corporate Resource Centre (CRC), your role will involve managing Agricultural and Allied Disciplines or Natural Resources and Environmental Science departments. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and nurturing strong partnerships with existing corporate partners to facilitate student placements. - Identifying, approaching, and establishing new relationships with potential recruiters to diversify placement opportunities. - Acting as the primary liaison between students and corporate partners to ensure successful placements. - Planning, organizing, and executing industry-focused events such as career fairs, workshops, and networking sessions. - Developing a comprehensive strategy to attract new recruiters and employers to the campus. - Maintaining accurate records of student placements, including success stories and feedback from corporate partners. To excel in this role, you should have a Master's degree preferably in related fields and a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate relationship management, career services, or relevant fields. You should also have a strong understanding of the corporate hiring landscape, recruitment processes, and industry trends. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in using CRM tools and data analytics for reporting, are essential.
