Role Overview: You will be a Contractor for a tier 1 services company, specialized in designing and configuring CPS objects and handling CPS administration activities. Your role will involve working with SAP and non-SAP jobs functionality, CPS system administration, job migration, and monitoring system issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to analyze and troubleshoot issues, understand business requirements, and work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Design and configure CPS objects such as Time windows, Submit frames, Application area - Understand SAP and non-SAP Jobs functionality and setup - Setup and configure CPS and Target System, including Process Server Queues - Perform CPS Administration activities including handling Registry entries and CPS object parameters - Troubleshoot CPS system administration issues - Manage CPS Job Migration activity and new job setup based on requirements - Handle DR activities and Planned/Unplanned downtime activities - Work with CPS script and Triggers - Set up CPS job alerts - Create and manage SAP Incident messages and OSS notes - Monitor CPS system on a day-to-day basis and resolve Production and non-Prod issues - Understand Inter system dependent jobs and set up based on critical requirements - Demonstrate knowledge of Jobs behavior - Collaborate with multiple teams like Basis, Security, SAP production support, operations, etc. - Handle Tickets and coordinate with various teams to analyze the issues - Interact with business users to understand requirements and provide troubleshooting support Qualification Required: - Graduation is mandatory Location: - HYDERABAD/PUNE/BANGALORE,
