As a contractor for a tier 1 services company, your role will involve specialized expertise in CPS, specifically focusing on design and configuration of CPS objects such as Time windows, Submit frames, and Application area. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and configuring CPS objects like Time windows, Submit frames, and Application area - Understanding the functionality of SAP and non SAP Jobs and setting them up - Setting up CPS and Target System, configuring Process Server Queues - Managing CPS Administration activities including Registry entries and CPS object parameters - Administering the CPS system and troubleshooting any issues that arise - Handling CPS Job Migration activities and setting up new jobs as required - Managing DR activities and Planned/Unplanned downtime - Utilizing CPS scripts and Triggers for automation - Setting up CPS job alerts - Creating and managing SAP Incident messages and OSS notes - Monitoring CPS system on a daily basis, resolving production and non-production issues - Understanding Inter system dependent jobs and configuring them based on critical requirements - Collaborating with multiple teams such as Basis, Security, SAP production support, and operations - Handling tickets and coordinating with various teams to analyze and resolve issues - Working with business users to understand requirements and provide troubleshooting support Additionally, the company requires that you have a Graduation qualification.
