CPL Manager - Media Buyer

As a CPL Campaign Manager, your role will involve managing and optimizing international CPL campaigns across platforms such as Meta, BIGO, Taboola, and others. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing media buying across multiple traffic sources to meet CPL and ROI targets. - Handling advertiser relationships with both direct clients and agencies in the ad tech space. - Building and maintaining supply-side partnerships with publishers, networks, and more. - Monitoring campaign performance daily and making adjustments to targeting, creatives, and bids for improved results. - Generating performance reports and providing actionable insights based on data analytics. - Staying updated on CPL market trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. - Ensuring lead quality, compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA, and platform policies. - Collaborating with internal teams on creatives, landing pages, and tech integrations. - Contributing to forecasting, budgeting, and strategy planning for lead generation. Qualifications required for this role: - 3+ years of experience in CPL performance marketing, ad tech, or lead generation. - Proven track record of managing international CPL campaigns, especially in the USA and UK markets. - Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, BIGO, Taboola, Outbrain, and others. - Strong knowledge of media buying, campaign setup, and optimization strategies. - Experience working with advertisers (agencies/direct clients) and supply partners. - Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools like Google Analytics, Voluum, etc. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in driving the success of CPL campaigns and achieving desired outcomes for the company.,
