Your Role: As a Couture Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in translating client dreams into wearable reality. This is a hands-on role that demands a blend of creative brilliance, technical precision, and client empathy. Key Responsibilities Design Conceptualization – Ideate and sketch original couture designs tailored to individual client preferences and body types. Complete Customization – Create looks from scratch based on cultural, personal, and occasion-based needs. Client Collaboration – Attend client meetings, trials, and doorstep visits to ensure satisfaction at every step. Embroidery & Detailing Mastery – Plan and execute couture-level finishes and hand embroidery placements with technical finesse. Material & Fabric Research – Coordinate with sourcing teams to select luxurious fabrics and trims. Pattern & Construction Oversight – Work closely with pattern makers, masters, and tailors to ensure design accuracy. Production & Quality Control – Monitor each step of garment creation to maintain quality, timelines, and finishing standards. Trend Integration & Styling Input – Stay updated with global fashion movements to incorporate fresh design elements and client styling recommendations.
