Internship Overview:

We are looking for a Course Creator Intern who is passionate about learning, research, and content development. The ideal intern should have good communication and writing skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Hygen, Jasper, etc.) effectively — including writing prompts to generate and refine course materials.

This internship will provide hands-on experience in course design, research, AI-assisted content creation, and professional communication within a dynamic training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on assigned topics to develop course content and learning materials.
• Assist in designing training modules, scripts, presentations, and assessments.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Hygen, Notion AI, etc.) and prompt engineering techniques to generate, edit, and enhance content.
• Edit and proofread course content for grammar, clarity, and quality.
• Collaborate with the training and design teams to improve course structure and engagement.
• Convert complex information into clear, easy-to-understand learning modules.
• Stay updated with trends in AI tools, learning design, and content creation.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt writing (training will be provided if needed).
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Interest in learning design and content creation.

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Education, Communication, English, Psychology, or related field.
• Freshers or students in their final year are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge or interest in AI tools and content development preferred.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹4,500.00 per month
