Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Course Consultant to join our team in Kolkata metropolitan area. This is a full-time, on-site role that includes guiding students and their families in understanding our course offerings, providing demonstrations of the Tutopia Learning App, and assisting in selecting the right plans to meet educational goals. The role will require regular interaction with prospective users, detailed knowledge of the app's features, and efficient consultation to enhance user satisfaction and enrollment rates.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students and their families effectively
• Knowledge of educational tools, platforms, or experience in academic consultation is an advantage
• Proficient in providing demonstrations and explaining digital learning solutions
• Ability to multitask, organize schedules, and consistently meet targets
• Basic proficiency in technology and applications designed for online learning
• A customer-focused mindset, approachable demeanor, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field is beneficial
