COURSE CONSULTANT

Position: Course Consultant (Freshers Eligible)

Compensation: UPTO ₹20,000 CTC per month (fixed) + performance-based incentives
Salary Revision: After 3 months, based on performance

Work Schedule

• Timings: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (may extend as this is a sales role)
• Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday fixed weekly off)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to around 200 prospective students/guardians daily.
• Explain Tutopia’s courses and academic programs, highlighting their learning benefits.
• Book a minimum of 4 virtual demo appointments per day (mandatory KPI).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Smart, adaptable, and flexible individuals.
• Fluency in Bangla is mandatory.
• Comfortable working under revenue-based targets in a fast-paced environment.
