Courier Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Courier Operations Coordinator with hands-on experience in logistics and courier operations. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Hindi and English, with a strong background in AWB (Air Waybill) creation, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily courier operations and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Handle AWB generation and tracking
• Liaise with courier partners and logistics teams
• Maintain shipment records and update tracking reports
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors in Hindi and English
• Prepare and manage data using Excel and Word

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in courier/logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of AWB creation and shipment handling
• Fluent in Hindi and English (both written and verbal)
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
