Counter Staff

A counter Staff in a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) typically handles customer orders, processes payments, and may assist with food preparation and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and providing information about menu items.

Order Taking & Processing: Accurately recording orders, processing payments (cash and electronic), and providing change.

Food Preparation: Assisting with basic food preparation tasks like assembling sandwiches, filling drinks, and preparing simple items according to QSR guidelines.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring the counter area, dining space, and restrooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Restocking: Replenishing supplies like condiments, napkins, and other items as needed.

Cash Handling: Balancing cash registers and handling transactions accurately.

Following Procedures: Adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

Customer Service Skills: Friendly, polite, and efficient interaction with customers.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with customers and team members.

Basic Math Skills: Handling cash transactions accurately.

Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Efficiently handling multiple tasks and orders.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in orders and cleanliness of the workspace.

Teamwork: Working effectively with other team members to provide excellent service.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require physical activity.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
