Job Description: Counter PersonPosition Title: Counter Person Location:WESTGATE /KALVAD -PINDAZI Reporting To: Shift Supervisor / Outlet Manager Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers courteously. Accurately take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen. Ensure the counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Follow daily opening and closing procedures. Maintain proper billing and cash handling. Communicate customer preferences or complaints to the kitchen or supervisor. Share daily reports (stock sheets, checklist photos) on time. Follow SOPs and adhere to hygiene and service standards. Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth outlet operations. Take daily stock and maintain stock registers. Actively participate in team briefings and daily Zoom meetings.
