The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to drive sales by assisting customers with product selection and providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities :Greet customers and provide assistance in selecting kurtis and other products. Handle counter sales, billing, and daily cash transactions. Maintain product display, cleanliness, and overall showroom presentation. Explain product details, fabric, designs, and offers to customers. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management. Handle customer queries and resolve issues politely and efficiently. Keep track of stock and report shortages to the showroom manager.
