Counter Sales / Retail Sales

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and directing customers, providing accurate information about products/services, answering customer inquiries, conducting price and feature comparisons, cross-selling products, ensuring stocked racks, managing merchandise returns, coordinating with the Retail Sales Representatives team for exceptional customer service, informing customers about discounts/offers, providing feedback to the Store Manager, and staying updated on new products/services. - Greet and direct customers - Provide accurate information about products/services - Answer customer questions and conduct price comparisons - Cross-sell products - Ensure racks are fully stocked - Manage merchandise returns - Coordinate with Retail Sales Representatives team - Inform customers about discounts/offers - Provide feedback to Store Manager - Stay updated on new products/services Qualifications required for this position include: - Minimum 1 year of experience - Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role - Understanding of the retail sales process - Familiarity with consumer behavior principles - Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures - Track record of achieving sales quotas - Excellent communication skills for building relationships - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments - Flexibility to work various shifts,
