Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Counter Sales Boy/Girl to assist customers at the counter, manage product displays, handle billing, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers as they arrive at the counter and assist them with their purchases Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately and responsibly Issue receipts, manage returns/exchanges, and maintain daily sales records Keep the counter area clean, organized, and well-stocked with products Inform customers about new products, discounts, and promotions Coordinate with the inventory/store team to restock items as needed Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally Ensure proper display and tagging of merchandise Follow company policies and safety procedures
