IKEA Counter Sales Executive

Counter Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries and purchases.
Understand IKEAs product range and provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
Process billing and handle cash/card/UPI transactions efficiently.
Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and well-organized.
Coordinate with the inventory and logistics team for stock replenishment.
Upsell and cross-sell IKEA products to enhance customer satisfaction and store revenue.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Prepare daily sales reports and assist with store promotions.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
13 years of experience in retail or counter sales (furniture/home dcor experience preferred).
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Basic computer knowledge (POS, billing software, etc.).
Customer-oriented, energetic, and presentable personality.
Ability to work in a team and handle peak hours efficiently.
