Counter Sales Executive — M B Ashtekar Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a personable and enthusiastic individual to manage our showroom counter, assist customers, and drive sales within our legacy jewellery brand. This is ideal for freshers or candidates with some retail or jewellery experience seeking growth in customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers warmly, understanding their needs.
Showcase jewellery pieces—gold, diamond, platinum—and explain design and craftsmanship.
Handle billing and billing-related tasks accurately.
Keep the counter and displays organized and attractive.
Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy.
Work toward daily and monthly targets with a proactive sales approach.
Requirements:
Completed 12th grade; graduates preferred.
Prior experience in retail or jewellery sales is a plus.
Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
Pleasant, professional appearance and confident communication.
Comfortable with rotational weekly offs.
Location: Wagholi, Pune
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (fixed)
Week Off: Rotational
Job Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
