About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented Sales Executive to manage our kiosk in a Pune based mall. The ideal candidate should be passionate about retail sales, exhibit excellent communication skills, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a front-line sales role, ideal for individuals who thrive in high-footfall retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable schemes
Maintain an attractive and organized kiosk display
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Collect and report customer feedback to improve offerings
Replenish stock, ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the kiosk
Handle customer queries and resolve minor complaints on the spot
Coordinate with the backend team for stock or promotional material requirements
Follow standard operating procedures and ensure brand compliance
Candidate Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in retail sales (mall or kiosk experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and confident in dealing with walk-in customers
Ability to multitask and handle busy footfall
Fluency in Marathi, English and Hindi
Basic computer/POS knowledge
Self-motivated, punctual, and a good team player
Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
