Job Title: Counter Sales Executive Company: Mahavira Electric Location: Jamal Road Patna Bihar 800001 Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Store Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to manage in-store sales and provide excellent service to customers at Mahavira Electric. You will assist walk-in customers, promote electrical products, process sales transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales counter. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electrical products. Provide accurate product information including pricing, features, and warranty. Prepare and process sales invoices, receipts, and delivery slips. Maintain stock display and ensure cleanliness of the counter area. Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock availability and product delivery. Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the manager. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain records of sales and customer interactions. Stay updated on new product launches and promotions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass; Diploma/Graduate preferred. 1–3 years of experience in counter or retail sales, preferably in the electrical or hardware industry. Basic knowledge of electrical products (switches, wires, fittings, etc.) is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with billing software or POS systems. Strong negotiation and customer handling skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Working Conditions: 6-day work week; store timings as per Mahavira Electric policy. Indoor retail store environment. Uniform (if applicable) must be worn during working hours.
