Job location: Crawford market mumbai,
Experience: 3 to 4 Years ,
Education : any basic computer knowledge.
Attend phone calls from customers and the Head Office, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Prepare Proforma Invoices as per customer requirements.
Generate Tax Invoices accurately and timely.
Pack and dispatch materials to clients through transport services, including arranging Hamal/labour as needed.
Maintain the stock register by recording all incoming and outgoing materials.
Prepare vouchers for daily expenses and ensure proper documentation.
Deposit sales amounts in the bank as per company procedures.
Maintain detailed records of deposited cash, mapping each deposit to the respective bill numbers.
Manage daily petty cash transactions.
Submit monthly petty cash vouchers and ensure proper reconciliation and maintenance.
Conduct month-end physical stock verification and submit stock reports to the Accounts Department.
Arrange courier of materials after receiving advance payment against Proforma Invoices.
In month end submission of petty cash voucher and maintaining petty cash.
In month end taking physical stocks and submitting reports in accounts dept.
Courier materials after taking advance payment against Proforma invoice etc.
