Counter Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Counter Salesperson for our electrical showroom. The ideal candidate must have 1 to 2 years of experience in electrical product sales and should be capable of assisting customers, providing product details, and handling day-to-day counter operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers at the counter and understand their electrical product requirements.
• Provide detailed information about products such as wires, switches, MCBs, lights, panels, and fans.
• Prepare price quotations and assist in product selection.
• Generate bills and coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Follow up with customers for repeat sales and service.
• Ensure product display and cleanliness of the counter area.
• Assist in achieving showroom sales targets.
• Coordinate with godown and purchase team for timely product delivery.
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate if required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in counter sales of electrical products.
• Good knowledge of electrical brands (e.g., Havells, Polycab, Anchor, Legrand, etc.).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
