Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces based on their preferences and needs.

• Provide detailed information about jewelry items, including materials, pricing, and care instructions.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing jewelry counter display.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the stores point-of-sale system.

• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

• Handle jewelry repairs, resizing, and special orders as requested.

• Meet or exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.

• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.

• Stay updated on current jewelry trends, promotions, and store policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in jewelry sales or gemology is a plus.

• Previous retail or jewelry sales experience preferred.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Proficiency in using a point-of-sale system and handling cash transactions.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
