Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces based on their preferences and needs. Provide detailed information about jewelry items, including materials, pricing, and care instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing jewelry counter display. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the stores point-of-sale system. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively assist customers. Handle jewelry repairs, resizing, and special orders as requested. Meet or exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting products. Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service. Stay updated on current jewelry trends, promotions, and store policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in jewelry sales or gemology is a plus. Previous retail or jewelry sales experience preferred. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in using a point-of-sale system and handling cash transactions. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional and polished appearance.
