Counter Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement:

Greet customers, answer questions, and provide personalized assistance to understand their needs.

• Sales & Promotion:

Promote products, special offers, and loyalty programs to drive sales and meet targets.

• Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on products, industry trends, and store policies to provide accurate information and recommendations.

• Transaction Management:

Efficiently process sales, returns, and other transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

• Store Presentation:

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining merchandising standards.

• Inventory Management:

Assist with stock control, including receiving shipments, conducting counts, and reporting low stock or discrepancies.

• Customer Service:

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner to enhance satisfaction.

• Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with team members to achieve sales goals, store objectives, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is often required.
• Previous experience in retail or a sales-related role is beneficial.
• Familiarity with the products and industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
