Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement : Greet customers, answer questions, and provide personalized assistance to understand their needs. Sales & Promotion : Promote products, special offers, and loyalty programs to drive sales and meet targets. Product Knowledge : Stay updated on products, industry trends, and store policies to provide accurate information and recommendations. Transaction Management : Efficiently process sales, returns, and other transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Store Presentation : Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining merchandising standards. Inventory Management : Assist with stock control, including receiving shipments, conducting counts, and reporting low stock or discrepancies. Customer Service : Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner to enhance satisfaction. Team Collaboration : Work effectively with team members to achieve sales goals, store objectives, and a positive work environment. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and sales skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. basic computer knowledge. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment. Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is often required.
