Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our team in the food retail division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, promoting products, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly and courteously. Assist customers in selecting food products and explain product features and benefits. Upsell and cross-sell food items to increase sales. Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately. Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked sales counter. Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor of low-stock items. Follow hygiene and food safety standards strictly. Address customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently. Keep records of sales and customer interactions when required. Work with the team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
